The terms for using the games listed on this website.
These terms cover distributions whose store listing or contract identifies Aleksei Chernushkin as the provider, including the current Wind Workshop for App Store in either interface language. Russian distributions identifying ООО «ЛИКС» as provider are covered by its Russian terms. Changing the website language does not change the contracting party, store seller or data controller.
Developer and scope
The Apps are provided by Aleksei Chernushkin. These terms apply to your personal use of an App. The store’s terms and any applicable platform licence also apply. If the store provides a standard end-user licence, that licence governs the rights and limits it covers.
Using an App
You may use an App for personal, lawful purposes under its applicable licence. Do not redistribute its artwork or software without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Price, advertisements and purchases
An App’s store listing states its price and available features. Some Apps display third-party ads, including optional rewarded ads. Where purchases are offered, pricing, payment and refund handling follow the relevant store’s rules and applicable consumer law. Wind Workshop is free with advertising and currently has no in-app purchases.
Progress and availability
An App may store progress locally. Uninstalling it or changing devices can remove that progress unless a supported backup or sync feature restores it. Updates may change features or compatibility. Continuous availability, cloud sync and recovery are not promised unless the App expressly provides them.
Children and age ratings
Follow the store’s age rating and the rules that apply where you live. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s use where required. Store age ratings describe content; they do not by themselves mean an App is designed for children or exempt its advertising providers from child-privacy requirements.

The shared privacy policy explains local data, advertising services, support correspondence and differences between Apps. It is available from this website’s navigation.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where the law does not permit such a limit. Store processes remain available for purchases, refunds and complaints.
