How the Apps and this website handle information, including data processed by advertising services.
These pages cover the games published by Aleksei Chernushkin under LIX Games and listed on this website. “App” means any such game. Features and data practices can differ; the game-specific notes in the privacy policy explain those differences.
Who is responsible
Aleksei Chernushkin is responsible for developer-side data processing for the international distributions, including the current Wind Workshop for App Store. Russian distributions identifying ООО «ЛИКС» as provider are handled by ООО «ЛИКС». The website language does not change the responsible party. Contact info@lix.su with requests about information held by the relevant developer. Advertising providers process data under their own policies linked below.
Local game data
Progress and settings may be saved on your device. Local storage does not by itself send that information to the developer. The notes for each App below identify its relevant features. Do not assume that cloud backup or account sync is available unless the App describes it.
Advertising and technical information
Apps with advertising use third-party services to request and display ads. These services can process device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate region, device and network details, ad interactions and SDK performance information. Purposes include ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. Collection depends on the included services, their configuration, consent and device permissions.
Choices and permissions
Personalized advertising can use the advertising identifier and ad interactions when you allow tracking through Apple’s ATT prompt and the applicable consent settings permit it. If you decline ATT, the App requests non-personalized ads. Where a consent form is presented, use it to make your choices. Where available, the App’s advertising privacy settings let you revisit them. Device settings also control permissions. Non-personalized ads still involve technical data processing; they do not mean that no data is collected.
Support correspondence
If you email the developer, your address, message and information you choose to include are used to respond and resolve the request. Include only what is needed to explain the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.
This website
This static website has no analytics scripts, advertising scripts, contact forms or cookies set by its page code. The hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and request information to serve pages, protect the service and diagnose failures. Its deployment and logging settings determine the server-side processing. Store and provider links lead to services with their own policies.
Retention, sharing and international processing
Local game data remains subject to the device’s storage and backup settings. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Advertising providers determine retention for data they process and may process it outside your country, under their policies. The developer does not promise that deleting an App also deletes provider-held data.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or other rights concerning your personal information. Contact the developer for information handled by the developer. The linked provider policies describe how to contact them about information they process. Where applicable, you can also raise a concern with your data protection authority.
Children
The Apps are not presented here as services specifically directed to children. Do not send children’s personal information to support. If you believe a child’s information was handled inappropriately, contact the developer so the issue can be investigated with the relevant service.
Changes
This policy is updated when the listed Apps or their data practices change. The current date is shown above. App Store privacy declarations must be checked against the particular binary submitted; this website does not replace those declarations.
Notes for each App

Progress and settings are stored on the device. Version 0.14.1 uses advertising from Appodeal, with AppLovin and Unity Ads. There is no game account or in-app purchase system.
